Took delivery March 2024. I ran the car for 8 days in total, under 10 hours ~650 miles. Asking $40k, very open to offers. Please DM me, I will receive an email alert.

Transmission (3rd gear specifically) started making a clicking noise the last day out, which was July 2024, so the car was only running for a couple of months. It's been sitting in my garage for the 1.5 years since, and it needs new transmission components to run again. Picture of gear fragments caught by oil drain plug attached. Damage was not due to lack of maintenance on my part (engine oil had been changed nearly every weekend, including right after the RAW-recommended break-in), but my best guess after discussions with RAW is that several Rush SRs came with defective crate engines from Suzuki, which caused this characteristic 3rd gear clicking. Car has not been run other than to bring it into the pits after the clicking began.
Video of the moment the clicking appeared:

Car has the V2 shocks (but not the expanded reservoirs). Non-Trident rollcage. It also has the clutch bypass switch installed. I'm happy to remove the AIM Smartycam system if you don't want it. I have several spares as well: a box of official nuts and bolts, one front and rear shock, one each of the upper, lower, front, rear arms. Couple boxes of brake pads. Might have more, can send pictures of everything later.

Located in Central New Jersey. Car must be picked up, I no longer own a vehicle capable of towing. The Trailex 7541 is also for sale, includes electric winch and rock guard, $8k.

Apologies if prying too much, but I thought the cars came with a 6 month warranty. I read here the damage happened 4-5 months after delivery?
Sorry to hear I can only imagination the frustration. :(
Seems like a new chassis for someone to drop new engine in (or rebuild) and option for nice trailer too. GLWS!

Yes, they come with a parts warranty. I had an agreement with Rush at the time that the transmission components would be shipped to me for free but this was over a year ago and I'm not necessarily expecting them to honor that anymore. To be honest, it took far too much effort on my and my dealer's part to get help from Rush at the time and it soured me on the company to the point I dropped the entire hobby after this experience. Part of the blame may have been on my dealer as well, but not entirely, and they are no longer working with Rush. Rush may also have improved their communications since then. I just want to be rid of this vehicle at the moment and will entertain all serious offers.
