Anyone know the torque specs for the:
- caliper bracket bolts (red lock tight?)
- caliper bolts (blue lock tight?)
- axle nut (dry?)

Axle nut was stated as 100 ft lb, it's a preformed bearing so the preload is already set and it's just enough torque to stay tight situation.

The caliper bolts are the same as the camber bolts found in the torque spec sheet https://rush.sr/resources/rush-sr-torque-specifications.9/
so 30 ft lb.

Blue threadlock is what is called out.
FYI,
Dave H and Blair H both confirmed a revised torque specification for the axle nuts of 40 ft lbs plus blue threadlock.

That really doesn't sound right. I would venture a guess there was a mixup with the flange bolt on the inside which is around that spec.

A 22mm shaft will regularly spec 200+ on un preloaded bearings and can go a whole lot higher. It is a very immobile joint though, so needs less clamp force to stay tight, but even then....
