Curious if there are any Sim racers here?

And if so, whats the most comparable car to the Rush SR?

I’ve used sim racing for the last few years to prep for track days.
Taking delivery of my Rush in a few weeks.

I've been using the Radical SR8 in iRacing. I move the driver position to center to better replicate the RUSH.

At the "normal" settings the Radical in iRacing is MUCH faster than the RUSH. But that seems to make everything happen in slow motion when I'm in my RUSH.

I played around with limiting throttle in the calibration. I did this at Road Atlanta when I was prepping for an event there. I used lap times from previous RUSH owners visits to that facility and just kept reducing throttle in iRacing until I got similar lap times. I think this is about the best way to try to get a "realistic" experience in iRacing.

Thanks Bill! I will download a Radical tomorrow and try it out

You should also be able to reduce power output in the setup page, we do it all the time to simulate our guess at BOP hits in the lead up to big enduros. I’m away from my sim for the next few weeks but will try it out and share my findings wehen I’m back in it.

I’ve been using the SR8 in assetto corsa which has been great. I have to set the power super low but seems to be relatively accurate.

Honestly I might commission a developer to create the Rush SR for all of us.
