Test if the fuel pressure stays at 30psi while bleeding fuel from the outlet side of the regulator. If it's a dying pump or filter issue it will drop. On a side note, now one of the radiator hoses is leaking at the hose clamp. Maybe the air bubbles caused some movement? Upvote 0 Downvote
