I sorted it out. It's a bit of a pain but oil changes it seems to be worth it.
1. Remove bodywork
2. Jack rear off exhaust hanger (Cale at Rush told me to jack here)
3. Slide Quckjacks under car.
4. Put spacers for rear under the crash bars that are near the oil pan
5. Jack front off bar under crash box up front
5. Put spacers under frame rails where front A-Arms attach.
So yea, kind of a pain, but seems to work...
